I left classroom teaching to pursue tutoring because I wanted more freedom to teach in a way that is flexible, personal and responsive to each learner.

I’m a qualified teacher with a BSc(Hons), PGCE and QTS, as well as a Certificate in Conservation Management (International), and I’m a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

I believe many students can make greater progress with one-to-one support, where lessons can focus fully on their individual needs, confidence and goals.

I’m passionate about teaching, particularly Geography, and I’ve been fortunate to visit some incredible places around the world, giving me plenty of real-life experiences to bring into lessons in an engaging and down-to-earth way.
